A Fabulous Martini-Tones show is like nothing else being preformed in Albuquerque, Santa Fe or the surrounding area. In one evening you can hear instrumental versions of familiar songs ranging from 1980’s New Wave all the way back to Prohibition Era Dixieland Jazz. You will hear popular theme songs from movies and television with a good dose of James Bond related songs in the mix. Classic rock is blended with 1950’s Lounge, Jazz, Space Age Pop and good ole fashioned Rock N’ Roll. The best of Modern Surf Music rubs elbows with the most exiting 1960’s Surf and Soul hits. All the while a multitude of songs featuring Reggae, Latin, Bossa Nova, Samba, Hawaiian, South Pacific and Caribbean beats and rhythms permeate the event.
During an evening with The Fabulous Martini-Tones you will hear a plethora of songs you probably did not know you knew. Because we are completely instrumental, the most common question we get is “I know that last song you played. What is it called?” Most of our songs are ubiquitous in today’s world and familiar to most listeners. But without lyrics it can be difficult to figure out the titles. So here is a list of songs that The Fabulous Martini-Tones are currently performing.
At any given show you will hear some of the following songs:
